Interview with Mr Yiannakis Matsis, MEP.

Mr Yiannakis Matsis MEP read through the list of questions that
we were seeking answers to.

Mr Matsis was unsure that the position could really be as
reported, since he was sure that Aristo Developers
would not wish to risk damaging their reputation by
Allowing the current state of affairs to have come about.
However, after having viewed some papers, he was more than
convinced that Aristo Developers had allowed this state of

affairs to occur through utter negligence on their part.

We confirmed to Mr Matsis that we will keep the website open and continually update it with information until such time as :

1) the houses have been repaired to an agreed satisfactorily state and
 
2) we have signed warranties covering design, workmanship and materials for a 10 year period as discussed at the Ministry of the Interior.

We thanked Mr Matsis for his time and understanding and left Brussels to
ponder the future of everybody’s houses in Chloraka Sunset ….. all 22 of them.
