However certain information presented, or should I say 'misrepresented', indicates that you are either very wrongly informed, or, contrary to your claims, biased and guided by motive. Giving you the benefit of doubt, I will assume the first.
I refer to your 'property disasters' page 3 where you wrongly accuse our company, Aristo Developers, for a collapsed balcony situation.
The project you present was not developed by Aristo Developers. Moreover you have entirely misstated the situation as the reality is that Aristo Developers was contracted by the project's developer to rectify the problems that arose by the collapse of a retaining wall, something which was very successfully completed. You also failed to say that the developer undertook all cost for the repair works even though the project was over 17 years old, and the buyers in the project did not contribute anything.
For and on behalf of Aristo Developers I request that you immediately remove your false accusations against our Company and issue a corrective statement for those that may have been mislead.
Please note that if this is not done to our satisfaction by the close of August 14th 2006, we will instruct our lawyers to take necessary action against you.
